Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the unit in its original shipping crate and protective materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger industrial units.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
